Today I'm linking up with 5ohwifey and The Hollie Rogue for their "The Girl Behind the Blog" vlog series. They posed the question "What are you learning right now?" and this is my answer. And Twink makes an adorable cameo. He's kind of the star of my vlogs!
oh twink is so cute! i admire you so much with having a military husband and i'm honestly not sure i would be able to handle it. i hate being home alone at night. thanks for linking up and sharing your heart. so happy to 'meet' you!

Wow I didn't know you were in Japan. That's crazy. I can't imagine how hard that + being a military wife must be. This vlog series is great. Seeing you as a person with a voice and not just a screen name I think brings us all closer together. Wish I had a web cam and I'd totally do this {we maybe, I'm kinda shy}. :)
ReplyDeleteGlad you linked up! Being a police wife is *kinda* similar to the military wife thing in the sense of being flexible (and sleeping alone). When we were newlyweds we moved to china (2 weeks after we were married) so i totally feel like I can relate to you. EXCEPT, my husbands job is such a big part of our life I do really identify our family with what he does (obvi) :-)
ReplyDeleteIt's funny how much I can relate, even though I'm not a "full time" Army wife. :) Sleeping alone- plenty of that!
ReplyDeleteawww what a challenge that must be. i have a hubby who works from home... that is also a challenge.. to be with him 24/7..to not bother him for help with kids or whatever when he is working..to deal with the fact that he pretty much works all day long but can take many breaks...
ReplyDeletesigh...but these challenges really do make us stronger.. cheezy i know. i am glad you posted your vlog. so nice to "meet" you =)

Wow! This is so awesome!
ReplyDeleteI can't imagine being in Japan. Being a military wife would be so hard. I like how you said that you don't like to define yourself by what your husband does. Kudos girl. I super respect you.
