My mom was talking to me yesterday and said she needed pictures of where I live. I'm sure she imagines me living in an apartment under the stairs of an opium den or stuck in the woods with no civilization to be found. So mama, to make you feel better, here are pictures of our tiny little slice of Japan.
Do not judge the messiness of our house. It still looks like a bachelor pad. I have no excuse.
I love seeing into people's houses. I'm one of those people that stare out the car window, trying to get a glimpse inside ;) and not because I'm nosy, just because I love to imagine other people's stories. Wow, this makes me sound like a peeping Tom or a stalker, but I promise I'm not! :) lol. Your house looks cozy and full of your interests! Love it :)
ReplyDeleteit's tiny, but it looks like home :) and that's all we need, is it not?
ReplyDeleteLove this idea. Feel like I know a little more about you that just a name and face. We should work on some sort of link up idea like this. Its a great way to get to know each other that much more.
ReplyDelete:) cute! ours is pretty tiny too. If we walk up the ladder to the attic, it looks like a perfectly small rectangular space. very small. but it's all we need right now.
ReplyDeleteI'm so voyeuristic - I just love this post!
ReplyDeleteOk - that makes me sound totally creepy. But I love seeing inside people's houses (which is why I watch so much HGTV).
I agree with Laura - this would be a fun link-up!
Thanks for the tour. I love that you have Big Bang Theory on in the background!!
ReplyDeleteAnd it all started with a big bang....BANG!
Go Chiefs. :)
ReplyDeleteIt feels lived in, which is how a house should feel.
:) I liked the tour!
ReplyDeleteI hope you are having a great Tuesday!

Loving your new design : ) And I love that you shared your house with us! It looks like it could be any street in the US - except for the Japanese writing : ) AND I like that you're watching Big Bang Theory, a show I still have yet to start watching, but I've heard it's so funny.
ReplyDeleteIt looks pretty roomy for a house in Japan.. my brother was living in an apartment in Japan when he studied abroad and it was very, very tiny.
ReplyDeleteI got your card in the mail and absolutely love it. Thanks!
It's so quaint! You're right about the smallest counter space ever :)
ReplyDeleteI spy BIG BANG THEORY! Love it =)
ReplyDeletewait ... where does Twink sleep?
ReplyDeletethanks for the fun tour!
ReplyDeleteCute house! I approve of your Mac, and your spotted apron. Although yes, the lack of counter space would drive me nuts! :O
ReplyDeleteI've been giving glimpses of your house since we moved in and have been gutting it out. I need to do a new one though :)
