this broccoli cheese soup was delicious and the best part- I threw it in my crock pot and just left it. I absolutely love my crock pot. Love love love. And now that I'm pregnant and have no energy to cook it's getting more use than ever. Love.
Broccoli Cheese Soup
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen broccoli
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low 3-4 hours.
