A Lesson In Fudge.

I decided I want homemade fudge at our wedding reception so today began my and Cori's experimentation into the world of fudge. The first we made was a standard chocolate fudge. It was pretty good but I can think of one, maybe two things about it I'll change for the next time. The second was a small stroke of genius (if I may say so)- Cori and I made a chocolate & butterscotch swirled fudge. It was phenomenal. Absolutely perfect. The chocolate was a semi-sweet and went quite well with the extra-sweet butterscotch flavor. Tomorrow we experiment with white chocolate and vanilla fudge and possibly another chocolate!
