Hooray for Sunday Favorites!
They're going to start coming with random pics from both present and past.
Just because.

This One Man Disney Movie is hysterically awesome. He plays all the parts and his voice is enviable.

Allyce hosted a link up this week called Is That Normal?! and it was so fun to read. I hope she does it again!

I'm dying to try this hairstyle even though my hair isn't quite long enough. I may attempt it anyway and blog about my failures afterward.

Lou shared her afternoon with High Tea and it made me want to join in the fun. I consider myself fancy.

I want to make this to share with pretty people I meet. They must also be semi-intelligent to understand it.

Stephanie shared a post filled with laughter that made my day.

My niece is going to be part of this world ANY DAY NOW and I think she needs this for her nursery.

Heather is one of my friends IRL and she just started a blog (and I designed it so it's pretty but I'm biased). It's awesome because there are adorable baby pics and who doesn't love those?

And this exact thing happened to me last night. I even took pictures of the demons- I'm convinced.

Just A Walk

Jun 7, 2012

I see more beauty with camera in hand.
So when Twink and I went on a walk the camera tagged along.
Who knew there was such beauty in our little neighborhood.

Also, I did a little guest post over at Vintage Wanna Bee about Instagram Art.
You should definitely check it out.

My Husband Says

Jun 6, 2012

My husband likes to joke & tease & laugh. He's known as The Joker at work. Apparently he's a lot funnier there but I "wouldn't get it" so I guess I'll never know. This is really my life. He really says these things. And I laugh every time. Let the judgment begin.

*****

(out loud, to no one in particular)
Aaron: My back is itchy but I can't reach it... (gives me a LOOK)

*****

Aaron: I think & <----- looks like a guy rubbing his butt on the ground.

*****

(after a particularly long, unusual and tiring day)
Aaron: I'm half expecting a dancing taco when I turn the corner.

*****

(while putting together legos, yep he's a nerd)
Aaron: pew-pew-pew
I turn around to see him enthralled with a lightsaber battle.
Between lego people.

*****

(about some co-workers)
Aaron: I think the only reason these people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

*****

Aaron: Do you like Bush?
Sue: I need more context than that.

*****

(when feeling sick)
Aaron: Sing me Soft Kitty?

*****

Sue: You know why I don't like you to cook? You never do the dishes afterwards.
Aaron: Why would I do the dishes? I have a wife for that!

*****

(while waiting for a movie to start)
Sue: Isn't this music bugging you?
Aaron: I'm busy focusing on World Domination.

The man has priorities, what can I say?

Lost In Love

Jun 5, 2012

I don't usually do outfit posts. I'm kind of terrible at them. As you can see... this is more of just a shirt post. But this is a new shirt of mine and I absolutely love it. One of my favorite sayings is "get lost in love." And Aaron and I go and do just that. Pretty much all the time. Yes, we're THAT couple. And we're kind of annoying. But I digress. When I found this shirt I had to have it. Since it's terribly hard to read I'll just tell you what it says.

"Let's find some beautiful place to get lost. Lost in love, lost in life."

And because I love you all, I'm going to share with you my super awesome secret to rocking pigtails.
Step 1. Shower & Air Dry your hair
Step 2. Decide you're too lazy to bother styling your hair in any way
Step 3. Decide you're sick of rocking the messy bun
Step 4. Decide that two ponytails are more fun than one
Step 5. Look like a 5-year-old for the rest of the day and ignore any strange looks you may get
It's that easy. You're welcome.
